Referral discount applied as line item on first invoice
Referrer discount applied as line item on invoice
Timing - referrer discount applied on next scheduled cleaning after referral's cleaning invoice is paid
Limit one referrer discount per cleaning
Multiple referrer discounts will applied at a rate of one per cleaning on subsequent scheduled cleanings (2 referrals = next 2 cleanings discounted)
Realtor / Landlord homes excluded
Successful payment of referral invoice must occur before referrer discount
